This giveaway is offered by Mustang Survival Mfg., Inc., a Delaware company, with mailing address 3701 Mt Diablo Blvd, #100, Lafayette, CA, USA 94549 (hereinafter referred to as “Mustang Survival” or “Sponsor”) and is subject to the following Official Rules.
PLEASE NOTE: Entries and prizes from this Spin the Wheel promotion do not carry over to or apply to any other promotions or sweepstakes.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Participation in the Spin the Wheel promotion is free. Void where prohibited by law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other third party platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Mustang Survival and its affiliates are not eligible to participate. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter by spinning the promotional wheel on Mustang website. Limit one (1) spin per person per event or digital session. Participants are required to subscribe to Mustang Survival’s marketing communications to activate their spin.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Spin the Wheel promotion begins on 5th April 2025 at and ends on 31st of May 2025. Sponsor’s server/computer is the official time-keeping device for the promotion.
5. PRIZES
Prizes available are displayed on the Spin the Wheel interface and may include discounts, free merchandise, exclusive gear, or other promotional items. One (1) prize per participant. The actual retail value and availability of each prize may vary.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available unless otherwise stated.
6. RANDOM DRAW & ODDS OF WINNING
Winning outcomes are randomly generated through the Spin the Wheel mechanic. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries and prize distribution.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting a prize, winner grants permission for Sponsor to use their name, image, and any statements made about the promotion for marketing and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Mustang Survival, its affiliates, and promotional partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, prize use, or misuse. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted entries or technical errors of any kind.
10. TAMPERING & TERMINATION
Any attempt to deliberately damage or interfere with the promotion may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone suspected of tampering or acting in violation of the rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise the integrity of the contest.

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with Mustang Survival’s Privacy Policy
12. GOVERNING LAW
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA and the United Kingdom, as applicable.
