The estimated processing time for your order is 1 - 3 business days to process and hand off your order to a shipping partner. Please be aware that our shipping partners may be experiencing transportation related delays, which may result in extended delivery times.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
What destinations can Mustang Survival ship to?
Orders placed on our UK site can be only shipped within the United Kingdom. International deliveries are not available at this time.
What is the estimated shipping time?
The estimated shipping times are:
- 2-3 working days for delivery to the UK mainland and Isle of Wight,
- 3-5 working days for delivery to the Scottish Highlands,
- 5-10 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland, the UK Islands and the Channel Islands.
We strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed, but occasionally it may take up to three days due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note this timeline may vary with the final destination, and we are not responsible for shipping times later than this estimate.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
We like to fulfill orders immediately to get to you faster, so unfortunately shipping address cannot be changed after an order has been placed. Please contact our customer service team at +44 800 808 5347 for any questions.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes we do ship to PO Boxes.

Extended Holiday Returns: Purchases made between Friday, November 10th, 2023 and Monday, November 27th, 2023 can be returned for refund or exchanged up to January 9th 2024, providing it is unused, in the original condition you received the item from us, and with all packaging and tags supplied by us intact. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

Mustang Survival is pleased to offer returns if you are not fully satisfied with the product. We will refund orders purchased from Mustang within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Items may be returned if:
- The products are unwashed and unused (you can of course try the item on for fit)
- The product is in its original undamaged packing (a carefully opened package is fine)
- All tags are attached
- The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned)
- You have kept your proof of postage in case the return is lost in transit
Please Note:
- Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser
