RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Mustang Survival is pleased to offer returns if you are not fully satisfied with the product. We will refund orders purchased from Mustang within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only sale items marked at 40% off or greater are final sale.

Return Instructions

  • All orders include a return shipping label by default,

  • To initiate a product return, please contact our Customer Experience team at +44 800 808 5347 or by email at cxteamuk@mustangsurvival.com. Please have your Mustang Survival order number to reference.

Items may be returned if:

  1. The products are unwashed and unused (you can of course try the item on for fit).
  2. The product is in its original undamaged packing (a carefully opened package is fine).
  3. All tags are attached.
  4. The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned).
  5. You have kept your proof of postage in case the return is lost in transit.

Please Note:

  • Returns of inflatable PFDs require testing upon return to verify they are in working order and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from credits on returns of inflatable PFDs.
  • Re-arm kits may not be eligible for return.
  • Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.526.0532 or through our online form before submitting a return request.
  • If an item purchased with a free gift is returned, the free gift must also be returned in unused condition. If the free gift is not returned, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund. Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
