Alice Callow
Alice Callow is a filmmaker and content producer who built her career the hard way—by getting out there, figuring it out, and not stopping. No shortcuts, no perfect timing, just persistence, a lot of graft, and a refusal to quit.
From filming on RIBs in rough conditions to chasing athletes across open water and flying drones in unpredictable weather, Alice specialises in capturing the reality of life on the water. If it’s windy, wet, or slightly uncomfortable, that’s usually where she’s working. She thrives on the pressure, the split-second moments, and telling the stories behind people pushing their limits.

Alice fully embeds herself in the environments she’s filming, working closely with athletes and teams to tell their stories, communicating not just what it looks like, but what it feels like to be in their shoes.
Since taking the leap into filmmaking full-time in 2021, she’s worked across global sailing events, offshore campaigns, and high-performance sport, including projects spanning the Saudi desert, Formula 1, and offshore races. She runs the entire process from filming through to editing and delivery in real-time on her own.

It all started with a camera and a love for the water, making videos for fun, and believing she could turn it into something more as her confidence grew. Now, Alice thrives in environments that demand more—more resilience, more awareness, and more trust in her gear and her instincts. Because when she’s out there, she doesn’t get to fake it.
